Shipping policy

Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping on orders over $75.00. You have the option to choose another shipping method upon checkout at an additional cost. We will ship orders within 1-3 processing day from the time the order is placed (Monday - Friday).

We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

This shipping time does not include holidays and weekends.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated from the courier.

Missing an Item?
If you are missing an item from your order, please call us at YOUR NUMBER or send an email to YOUR EMAIL within three business days to inform us of the missing item. Once the issue is reported, our Service Team will gladly offer a resolution.

Received the incorrect item/order?
If you received an incorrect item in your order, please call us at YOUR NUMBER or send an email to YOUR EMAIL. A staff member will ask for pictures of your packing slip, physical box, and items received. Once we review the provided details, we will contact you and send you the correct item. If necessary, we will email you a return label.
If you received another customer’s order by mistake, please call us at YOUR NUMBER or send an email to YOUR EMAIL a staff member will ask for pictures of the physical box and tracking label. We will provide a return label for the incorrect order received and a member of our team will contact the intended customer.

Delayed Order
Once the order leaves our possession we have no control over how long it takes for orders to be delivered. However we are more than happy to contact the courier to request additional tracking information.

Damaged Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged item, please send us your Order # and an image of the damaged items to YOUR EMAIL, so our team may review the case and contact you with a resolution. We must have visual proof of the damage before we can offer a resolution. Proactively sending pictures showing your product damage may expedite your request.
All damaged product must be reported to YOUR EMAIL or YOUR NUMBER within 2 business days of the received by date as indicated by your tracking information. Once we have visual proof, our Service Team will gladly offer a resolution.

Cancelling/Changing Orders
Once your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final.
